Experience :
- Research Associate – At least 3-5 years of experience in research projects in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. The candidate should have research skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis. Conversant in t h e local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. She/he shall have experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations. The candidate should be sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs.
- Field Co-ordinator – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research projects, in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable. Conversant in local language in addition to English. Well-versed in reporting and documentation. The candidate should have the necessary research skills of quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management, and analysis. She/he shall have experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population. The candidate should be sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs.
